After trying few different web hosting, I finally decided to steak to blue host.
actually, I have purchased three different hosting plans from blue host and they are in three different so called Boxes. For two of this hosting plans, I had 100% up time, good speed and everything else which I expected.
for the third hosting plan, there was DDOS attack on the box few weeks ago, however bluehost manage the situation in acceptable time and the website was up again in less than 24 hours. there was some short down times after that but Bluehost is totally reliable and it's highly recommended.

The support at BlueHost is great, it's 24 hours a day, the people there are knowledgeable and respond quickly. I host about 16 different sites on the server and I get great uptime and reasonable speeds. I customized my sites quite a bit to work with Google Apps, multiple MySQL database, automatic nightly batches, and some other functionality. Great host for the price.
